All donations made to Atha Foundation are used for social welfare activities. Therefore, donations are generally non-refundable.
1. Refunds
If an incorrect amount has been donated or a technical error occurred, a refund request can be submitted.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of the donation.
- Valid proof of transaction or receipt must be provided.
2. Cancellation
Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled. However, recurring donations can be cancelled at any time.
